Filtered Drinking Water

1. Using the Filtered Water Tap

  1. Locate the Tap: The filtered drinking water tap is located beside the sink. It has a separate handle (silver) from the regular tap.
  2. Turn On the Tap:
    • Use the handle specifically designated for filtered water.
  3. Dispensing Water:
    • Place your glass or container under the tap.
    • Gently turn the tap to start the flow of water.
    • Adjust the flow as needed by turning the tap or lever to the desired position.
  4. Turn Off the Tap: Once you’ve filled your glass or container, turn the tap back to the off position to stop the flow of water.

2. Important Notes

  • Filter Replacement: The filters are replaced periodically. If you notice any change in water taste or clarity, please inform us so we can address it promptly.
  • No Need to Boil: The water from this tap is filtered and safe to drink directly. There is no need to boil it before use.

3. If You Encounter Issues

  • No Water Flow: Check if the tap is fully turned on. If the problem persists, let us know.
  • Water Quality: If the water tastes unusual or if you have any concerns, please inform us immediately.
